My brother is asking me if I can get him a dip station. He is really into body building right now. Dedicated and focused on fitness. He is probably growing more conscious of his body since he is already 18. But ever since, he’s been on the lean side, unlike us girls in the family. When you see him, he’s fit and well-built. He’s already growing muscles and I noticed he’s focusing more on his abs now.
I’ll see if I can get him the dip station. I love the fact that he’s focusing on fitness than be hooked on a vice. So I am showing him that I support his fitness goal 100 percent!

I had a big problem with my laptop and my desktop the last few days. Both acted up at the same time and I was left with using my very slow laptop. I experienced headaches because of it. Thank goodness I have a cousin who can help me work out the issues with my computers.
My cousin, Yong, is working abroad. It didn’t stop him from helping me fix whatever needs fixing with my desktop. I did a reformat and it’s now working properly again. In fact, I am using it right now. Meanwhile, I have given up on my laptop. I think I’ve already overused it. It will rest now or my brother might tinker with it. I am now saving up so I can buy a new one. Laptop is an option for me for when I go out of the house. For mobility, in short.

I wish my mom’s still alive. I have so many unique gifts for her that I now can buy. There was a time when I really had nothing more to shell out so all I could do was promise her that I would get it for her in the future. Too bad she died before I can fulfill some of my promises to her.
It’s her birthday today. I could have brought her somewhere special with the whole family. I could have given her a more expensive gift. But she has been gone for almost five years now. All I can do is remember her and the special memories she left us with.

The system memory of my computer needs some checking. I have asked my friend’s sister to come over tomorrow night to check it. She will also reformat my desktop because I am experiencing problems with it. Hopefully, after the service tomorrow night, I can get back my desktop functioning well again.
Otherwise, I will be left with my laptop that acts up every now and then.

I like the tiles at my friend’s bathroom. It’s like something out of a spa salon. When you get inside, it transports you into a cozy setting somewhere near a beach. The only thing missing is the soft tunes usually used when you are in a spa or resort.
Sometimes, it really pays to have an interior designer arrange your space for you. They can see the place better than you do. In my case, I tend to cram everything in a single space. That is probably why I see our house as too small and cluttered for us. But I know with an expert, our house could turn out to be bigger than it actually is.

What is the recourse of a mother who was suddenly left behind by her husband? She’s always been a housewife. Her husband didn’t want her to get involved in the family business because he wanted her to take care of their kids instead. Most especially since they have a child with special needs. But now, with the sudden demise of the husband, she’s left not knowing what to do with the business.
This is the case of most wives here in the country. They’re left at home and their husbands leaving them clueless as to how to manage their businesses. I’ve seen this happen in our neighborhood. This is a family issue that should be addressed. I do believe that wives should get involved in every aspect of the family life. Even with businesses. Just like husbands should also be involved in rearing the children and taking care of them at home. Because, let’s be practical here, if either one of the parents die, at least they both know how to run the household and the business. There will be no need to worry on how to do it alone because they both know how.

A neighbor of ours suddenly died of heart attack yesterday. He was hypertensive. Despite knowing that, he still drank a lot and would eat food bad for him. I think that contributed to his early demise. He was only 51. It was sad.
What’s more sad is that he didn’t even have a life insurance. It could have taken him little time to get a free life insurance quote but I guess he was too busy with work and family life that he forgot about it. It could have been a good fall back for the family he left behind.

Don’t lose hope. Pray. Be patient.
And never, never, ever give up!
Because in the end, it’s just your faith that’s being tested.
Keep the faith and…
never give up!

One of my uncles is already experiencing a receding hairline. He’s afraid to go bald one day so he is taking extra precautions when it comes to his hair. I told him that there’s a way on how to prevent hair loss. He just needs to check it out and follow the steps. Asian men are less prone to total hair loss. I am basing this on my observation. My grandfather is already in his 70s but he still have a full crown of hair! The same goes with my two grandmothers. And most members of our family.
Of course, we are all prone to losing hair as we grow older. But to totally lose all of it? As I’ve said, there’s a way for that not to happen.

A local celebrity’s mom has made it big outside the country. She’s become a beauty expert and men and women are flocking to her clinic in another country. She told her story in a TV show and she said that it all started with her acne and her quest for the best acne treatment. It led her to become more aware of her skin and that’s where her empire started from.
We can all be beautiful if we have clear skin. If you feel like you need help, then do get it!
